What you will do

In this vital role you will focus on ensuring successful progression of high value AI and other technology initiatives, placing a strong emphasis on acceleration to value. This role will report to the Director, Technology Strategy & Innovation and will work with various cross-functional partners as well as external stakeholders and play a pivotal role in driving value towards R&D strategic imperatives, ensuring timely and effective delivery.

This Partnership Management position will:

  • Facilitate and orchestrate strategic AI initiative progression aligned with process

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the evolving technology landscape within R&D to advise strategy development & planning, and to identify negative trends and opportunities

  • Proactively navigate and resolve any issues and risks that may hinder the project's success, empowered to break barriers and ensure continuity.

  • Act as the representative of the project to key partners like RAISE Governance, ensuring transparency and alignment through effective communication

  • Develop positive working relationships with key partners, spanning cross-functional R&D teams, Digital Technology and Innovation, and the broader new technologies' ecosystem to understand and address their needs.

  • Capable of translating technical know-how into accessible, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical team members, thereby facilitating informed decision-making and strategic planning across the organization!

Basic Qualifications:

  • Doctorate degree

  • Masters degree and 2 years of life science, technology, and/or project management experience

  • Bachelor degree and 4 years of life science, technology, and/or project management experience

  • Associate degree and 8 years of life science, technology, and/or project management experience

  • High school diploma / GED and 10 years of life science, technology, and/or project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in biotech, pharma, or technology business development and/or drug development.

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

  • Developing and building effective client and project team relationships

  • High attention to details and quality

  • Excellent project management and coordination/collaboration skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to optimally prioritize a diverse workload to meet deadlines and collaboration expectations

  • Autonomy to work independently with few instructions as well as know when to acquire direction

  • Proven experience in working with or for Digital Health Startups, Biotech firms, or other emerging technology companies in a business development, partnership, consulting, or deal-making capacity.

  • Technical knowledge as it relates to digital transformation at the enterprise level.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
