Amgen Product Manager_Cardiovascular in Tokyo, Japan
Main purpose of Job:
Marketing Manager position leading cardiovascular access marketing initiatives and programs for evolucumab. Candidates must have a proven track record of sales success and/or marketing experience developing and implementing a wide range of high-impact marketing tools and programs.
Contributes Japanese Brand Plan development
Develops and executes Japan promotional activities (master detail ads, message scripts, advertising, congresses, etc.)
Coordinates marketing congresses
Analyses Market Research
Collects competitive information from affiliates and other sources
Partners with the Medical Communication Manager in the development and execution of the Medical Affairs and Promotional Program
Collects affiliate input in development of international promotional material
Builds a team of marketing professionals to deliver on therapeutic area
Recruits and manages external vendors
Establishes regular contacts with key opinion leaders
Develops regional congress plans and coordinates regional attendance to International congresses
Collaborates with colleagues in other Expansion Markets and corporate office as needed on joint projects.
Experience in Marketing for minimum of 5 years in a Pharmaceutical company in Japan
New product launch experience in both planning and execution as a Product Manager
Knowledge in the area of Cardiology
Excellent coordination/negotiation skills for both internal and external parties.
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Good communication/presentation skills
Language: Japanese & English fluency, both oral and written communications
1-3 years as a Pharmaceutical sales or MR experience
Experience as a Team leader or in People management
Experience in Global project or Global coordination
Enjoys challenge of building a new organization.
Bachelor or Master degree in Medical/Pharmaceutical/Business
