We are seeking a highly motivated individual for the Sr Associate Supply Chain role reporting to the Supply Chain Business Improvement Manager and located in Singapore. This position champions use of analytics and Operational Excellence principles to support process and system improvements for all Supply Chain operations (Warehouse, Planning, Procurement, Sampling) and cross-functional teams (Quality, Finance, Manufacturing, Process Development). SPECIFIC RESPOSABILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

General:

Lead or participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives using problem solving techniques (Operational Excellence, 6σ, LEAN) to ensure flawless execution of supply chain activities. Define improvements or opportunities, on the basis of analysis and KPI's, their impact on performance (benefits vs. cost) and prioritize associated initiative. Support SAP system daily operations for all site users, ensure resolution of issues between SAP and the MES and Planning systems. Lead cross functional meetings and ensure plans are in place, clearly communicated and implemented. Develop and maintain Standard Operation Procedures or other form of work instructions. Responsible for business continuity programs for assigned areas. Provide project management support as necessary. Ensure Master Data integrity. Define and deploy new analytical solutions and automation tools. Manage systems training curriculum. Share and adopt best practices across the Global Supply Chain network. Work under minimal supervision in line with Amgen Values and Leadership Attributes.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of Supply Chain/Business Analyst experience in a GMP and/or Good Distribution Practice regulated industry experience

OR

Associate's degree and 6 years of Supply Chain/Business Analyst experience in a GMP and/or Good Distribution Practice regulated industry experience

OR

High school diploma / GED and 8 years of Supply Chain/Business Analyst experience in a GMP and/or Good Distribution Practice regulated industry experience

  • GMP knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical regulations.
