We are seeking a highly motivated individual for this role within Supply Chain department. The main responsibility of this role is to provide SAP system support to all SAP users at the site. The stakeholders are primarily from Supply Chain Warehouse & Transportation and Production Planning and Procurement domains. In addition, there are stakeholders from Quality, Finance, Manufacturing and Process Development. Managing quality records is another key responsibility of the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Support SAP users in their day-to-day operation and ensure timely delivery of resolution for issues between SAP and MES and planning system.

  • Deliver SAP resolution timely with close collaboration with ERP Helpdesk, Rapid Response Helpdesk, master data team and Business Process Owners.

  • Develop digital capabilities using Tableau, Smartsheet or available tool in supporting Supply Chain management decisions and operations.

  • Work with global project teams in driving SAP enhancements and upgrades for the site.

  • Ensure Master Data integrity to minimize system issues during day-to-day operations.

  • Support Supply Chain in driving non-conformance, change control, corrective action and preventive action, effective verification as part of GMP requirements.

  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, user manual, periodic review reports and qualification protocol to support Supply Chain operations.

  • Collaborate with site and network in initiating both direct and indirect Event Notification and Supplier Investigation Corrective Action Request.

  • Lead Supply Chain project in delivering new capabilities to support the operations in Warehouse & Transportation, Production Planning and Procurement domains.

  • Identify system and business process improvement opportunities, work with stakeholders to propose and implement efficient and effective solutions.

  • Share and adopt best practices across the Global Supply Chain networks.

  • Work under minimal supervision in line with Amgen Values and Leadership Attributes.

Basic Qualifications

  • Doctorate degree OR

  • Master’s degree and 2 years of experience directly related to the job OR

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience directly related to the job OR

  • Diploma and 8 years of experience directly related to the job

Preferred Qualifications

  • Having more than 2 years of SAP supporting experience in delivering solutions to support Supply Chain operations. Demonstrated good understanding of overall ERP functions and proficient in SAP MM, QM and FI-GL, AR, and AP modules. Those who are passionate about SAP without relevant working experience will be considered.

  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot system issues.

  • Ability to transform operational pain points into digital solution by leveraging existing tool like Tableau.

  • Ability to engage diverse stakeholders in cross functional and cross-cultural environments.

  • Having flexibility to work outside office hours occasionally to ensure SAP is operating as expected after outage and when emergency occurred.

  • Having good understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes in manufacturing environment.

  • Ability in participating in global project and leading the site to achieve the targeted milestones.

  • Possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and understanding of pharmaceutical regulations.

  • Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools : Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Team.
