  • Supporting Amgen Biotechnology Singapore Pte. Ltd to hold wholesale and import license in Singapore

  • Maintain and Implement an effective Quality System that meet H.S.A. Guidance Notes on Good Distribution Practice.

  • Management of wholesale and distribution activities of Amgen's product in Singapore.

  • Review and approving Quality records.

  • Ensuring that initial and continuous training programs are implemented and maintained.

  • Coordinating and promptly performing any recall operations in collaboration for Recall Executive Committee

  • Ensuring that customer complaint are dealt effectively according to Standard Operating Procedures

  • Ensuring that suppliers and customers are legally approved or authorized to enable lawful supply of products

  • Approving subcontract activities that may impact on Good Distribution Practice

  • Ensuring that self-inspections are performed at appropriate regular intervals according to approved plan and necessary Corrective and Preventive action are put in place

  • Keeping appropriate records of any delegated duties

  • Deciding on the final product disposition

  • Approving any returns to saleable stock n. Ensuring that any additional requirements imposed on certain products by national legislation are adhered

  • Is registered as Pharmacist under the Singapore Pharmacist Registration Act (Cap. 230)

  • Holds a valid practicing certificate granted under section 23 of that Act and

  • Is in Active Practice as defined in regulation 2 of the Pharmacist Registration (Practicing certificates) Regulations 2008 (G.N. No.: S 438/2008)

  • Has knowledge and experience on Good Distribution Practice (GDP) related activities and understand GDP requirements.
