Amgen Sr Associate Compliance in Seoul, United States


  • Provide advice, guidance and support to the affiliate staff on interpretation and implementation of the local Code of Conduct & legislation and Amgen policies & procedures

  • Maintain awareness of applicable laws and regulations in the country and keep current with changes that may affect Amgen's Compliance program

  • Assist in the implementation of Corporate Compliance programs in the country

  • Provide advice, guidance and direction to staff and stakeholders on Amgen's Healthcare Compliance procedures and practices

  • Review, provide comments, and implement International Healthcare Compliance procedures and training

  • Together with the affiliate's Compliance Lead, evaluate the need for, develop and ensure implementation of defined local compliance procedures.

  • Develop training programs and materials for the local Code and Amgen local procedures

  • Deliver Healthcare Compliance training

  • Coordinate local Healthcare Compliance training within internal training platform and perform training tracking

  • Customize Healthcare Compliance presentations and communications to local audience

  • Coordinate meetings with local Compliance committee (minutes, tracking of assistance, follow up actions) if applicable

  • Participate in the Compliance audit preparation: prepare documentation request etc.

  • With Int'l HC team develop local Healthcare Compliance monitoring activities, conduct monitoring locally​


  • ​University degree

  • Minimum 4 years of related experience in pharma business preferred

  • Integrity, strong interpersonal skills, judgment and maturity;

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and provide high level of responsiveness across multiple stakeholders;​
