Amgen Medical Admin Coordinator in Seoul, United States

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support administrative tasks for respective team/department/function.

  • Coordinate team/department/function meetings and Cross-functional meetings

  • Take meeting minutes and manage them

  • Prepare and execute purchasing and payment process according to relevant procedures using company systems

  • Prepare team/department/function process and other approval processes according to respective SOPs.

  • Support onboarding process for new comers

  • Manage team/department/function's data, documents, and information and related processes

  • Back up receptionist when needed

  • Other admin support for team/department/function and it's head

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree preferred

  • 2 years of experience in pharma industry preferred

  • MS office and IT system

  • Good command of written and spoken English

  • Good interpersonal skill and communication skill

  • Proactive and Self-motivation
