Amgen Digital Marketing Manager in Seoul, United States

Main Tasks

  • Deliver differentiated customer value & increase engagement by developing diverse digital marketing platforms

  • Drive & support the cross-functional /Company-wide project proactively

  • Brand support initiative: Plan, suggest, implement and track product support initiatives focusing on strategic brand portfolio through Multi Channel marketing

  • Channel capability: Plan, build, operate & manage digital platforms & channels including try pilot programs such as call center (remote rep/ remote MSL), Webcast program, Email & Rep email, portal for professionals, company portal, portal for patient support etc.

  • Data analytics and management: understand channel & business-related data, analyze, capture insight for business planning and lead /own the project to integrate a various of internal data management

  • Lead the innovative customer engagement channel mix initiative & proactive support cross-functional/company-wide project

  • Continuously catch up digital trend, technologies and try to apply to our business


  • Bachelor's degree with relevant major preferred

  • Functional Knowledge: Brand Marketing & Multi channel marketing (strategic marketing knowledge and channels), Understanding pharmaceutical company environment, Innovation, Online & IT technology trend sensing

  • Skills: Marketing planning, project management, good communication skill with cross functional team and global team in Eng. Fluently, Data understanding & analytic skills, Presentation skill

  • Others: at least 3 years of MCM/ digital marketing experience in MNC pharma. Enthusiastic & resilient for innovation
