Amgen is seeking a IS/IT Business Partner Manager located in So Paulo, SP (Brazil). This position will report to the local Sr. Manager of Information Systems.

  • Implement and manage a Critical Business Process support model in IS

  • Implement and manage a Business Engagement area in Brazil affiliate

  • Business Partnering with manager all level of the company Job Description:

  • Interview customers to understand their business and year goal

  • Map critical process on the business area and associate with IS dependence

  • Assess current IS service, support, compliance and quality over the B. process

  • Create a gap action plan

  • Negotiate funding and periodization

  • implement and ensure KPIs, controls, efficiency, and periodically reports.

  • Represent IS on business staff meetings

  • Bring business needs into IS

  • Assess and create a BP area review plan (process definition; controls; documentation; service level; communication)

  • Create and implement a plan for Business value generation

  • IS Customer satisfaction control (all services)

  • IS point of contact for all business areas

  • Monthly IS results presentation on business staff meetings

  • Periodically activities alignment with business area managers (84 managers)
