Implement and manage a Critical Business Process support model in IS
Implement and manage a Business Engagement area in Brazil affiliate
Business Partnering with manager all level of the company Job Description:
Interview customers to understand their business and year goal
Map critical process on the business area and associate with IS dependence
Assess current IS service, support, compliance and quality over the B. process
Create a gap action plan
Negotiate funding and periodization
implement and ensure KPIs, controls, efficiency, and periodically reports.
Represent IS on business staff meetings
Bring business needs into IS
Assess and create a BP area review plan (process definition; controls; documentation; service level; communication)
Create and implement a plan for Business value generation
IS Customer satisfaction control (all services)
IS point of contact for all business areas
Monthly IS results presentation on business staff meetings
Periodically activities alignment with business area managers (84 managers)
