Amgen Sales Operations Manager in Milano, Italy

Accountabilities

The Sales Operations Manager will support the organization by managing Sales Force Effectiveness and supporting the Sales Reporting. Additional responsibility for this role is to act as SIP (Sales Incentive Plan) Manager supporting the organization by designing, implementing, and calculating compensation plans and award programs to include quarterly compensation estimates and payouts, reporting, methodology, compensation and award results.

Responsibilities

Sales Force Effectiveness:

  • Field Force Sizing

  • Field Force Operational KPI definition and monitoring

  • Sales territories assignement

  • Segmentation, Targeting and Profiling

  • Prescriptions and prescribes analysis

Sales Incentive Plan:

  • SIP methodology definition and calculation according with SM and BUDs

  • The administration of compensation plans and executing the operations to ensure accurate calculation of incentives and distribution of compensation reports.

  • Coordinate with Human Resources to ensure accuracy of dataPerform analyses of payout distribution to ensure incentive compensation plans are linked to pay for performance

  • Presenting SIP methodology to SIP Review Team

  • Presenting SIP methodology slide deck for field force

  • Guarantee the SOP process implementation and its improvement

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Economics or Engineer in Business Administration

  • 3/5 years in a similar role

  • Experience within pharma industry

  • Computer skills (office environment, reporting tools such as Tableau)

  • Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication

Preferred Requirements

  • Fluency in multiple languages

  • Biosimilars experience in the pharma industry

  • Master in Statistics or Mathematician
