This role will serve as thought partner/subject matter expert to GMs/Regional Cross-Functional Teams and in general, working closely with senior executives on a number of business-critical initiatives, including:

  • Leading a number of projects (including primary market research and secondary data analysis) that will provide strategic / tactical insights on marketing / commercial excellence and inform regional brand teams as well as local affiliates on strategy and business decisions

  • Serving as the regional expert on brand performance dashboard (KPI/metrics), competitive benchmarking, and sales force effectiveness

  • Responsible for CRM practices across region, SIP monitoring and program enhancements, resource capacity analysis; ensure that SME strategies (SIP, CRM, practices, training) across countries are aligned and effective

  • Support multichannel marketing on analytics of MCM programs (ROI and other KPI on regional and country efforts, including CLM metrics)

  • Responsible for developing and providing insights on brand performance, root cause analysis, partnering closely with Regional Brand Teams and countries in tracking performance and understanding drivers

  • Coordinate with regional training, Multichannel marketing, IS, HR and Commercial Excellence to foster commercial capability building

  • Provide business analysis on commercial trends of portfolio products and related therapeutic area products

​Qualifications:

  • Related Master's degree & 3-5 years of related experience, OR

  • Related Bachelor's degree or & 6-8 years of related experience

  • At least 3 years in biotech / pharma or life sciences management consulting doing project portfolio management, strategic planning, decision sciences, and / or financial planning; proven project management skills with good attention to detail

  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with business acumen

  • Strong expertise in business analytics and forecasting methods and tools

  • Record of success in leading and supporting cross-functional teams; an ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment

  • Fluency in English, both oral and written communications
