Project Manager - Corporate Affairs (6-month contract)

  • Provide business support for the planning and coordination of the senior leaders' visit

  • Schedule core team meetings and prepare meeting minutes

  • Modify, format, update agenda and briefing materials

  • Liaise with ground team for all 5 locations - Singapore, Beijing, Shanghai, Taipei, Tokyo

  • Coordinate with agencies and process invoices

  • Collect and disseminate information to ensure team alignment

  • Media campaigns for Brands

  • Track new product launches and update editorial calendars

  • Filing, updating and keeping all materials up to date

  • Coordinate with agencies and vendors, set up meetings, book meeting rooms

  • Employee communications

  • Coordinate with IT to ensure tech readiness for town-hall and other regional meetings

  • Venue set up and preparation

  • Email distribution of newsletters, town hall invitations, collect questions

  • Follow up with presenters and consolidate presentation materials, post-meeting management

  • Admin support

  • Schedule, coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders across global/regional/country

  • Establish SharePoint and materials maintenance for best case sharing, image library and brand assets

  • Secretarial support such as booking transportation/tickets and hotels and process reimbursements

  • Process agency contracts and invoices and team's secretarial support

  • Criteria

  • three-years of work experience in PR/ Corporate Affairs account management or project management

  • detailed oriented

  • excellent English language skills

  • eligible to work in Hong Kong

  • available Immediately preferred
