Sr Associate Supply Chain
At Amgen Breda medicines are labelled, assembled, stored, and eventually shipped to various countries worldwide. Every day more than 1000 people from 42 different nationalities are working on supply chain processes, manufacturing, marketing, and sales of our medicines and clinical research into new medicines.

What you will do
Being part of the Global Distribution EMEA Team, you will be a key player in delivering the compliant performance of third-party distribution complaints, by handling and ensuring agreed KPI’s are delivered per plan.
As the Sr Associate Supply Chain, you are also responsible for driving continuous Improvement initiatives and delivering on productivity targets. Besides that, you will also Ensure compliance with SOX & GDP regulations.

In this vital role, you will :
Act as business process owner for third-party distribution complaints:
Liaise with the regional business process owner as a counterpart.
Own related distribution Quality Management documents.
Train staff and develop training material.
Present performance of related Key Performance Indicators to the senior leadership audience.
Serve as Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert for audits when requested.
Own, investigate, and close complaints at the required first-time right level.
Perform daily analysis of Alerts received from the National Medicines Verification Organization (NMVO).
Own monthly and quarterly EU FMD Alert trend reporting process.
Continuously drive improvements and standardization of EMEA global distribution operations business processes.
Perform daily oversight over track and trace activities on Amgen Finished drug product (FDP).
Communicate with related topics with Local Service Providers (LSPs).

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain or related area.
Previous experience in a similar position in a highly regulated industry.
Experience working with external parties and improving processes.
Good understanding of Good Distribution Practices, and technical writing skills.
Proficiency in English, both in oral and written communication.
Result-focused and proven ability to deliver results.
Accurate and paying attention to detail.
Problem solver with a high sense of responsibility.
Oversee processes beyond own department.
